Benefit Information

C&T Enterprises, Inc. is committed to creating a safe, productive and hospitable work environment along with an attractive compensation and benefits package.

To help our employees achieve their professional and personal goals, we offer a generous compensation package that includes medical coverage, vacation time, sick leave, retirement, educational assistance and wellness programs.

Safety & Health:  Safety, security and health are important to our organization.  We are committed to providing a safe, secure and healthy work environment for all our employees.

Compensation & Benefits:  Benefits are an important part of an employee’s total compensation.  Together, benefits and a competitive market-based compensation make up an employee’s total compensation package.  This assists in building a financially secure foundation for employees and their families.

Competitive Salaries:  C&T has established a competitive market rate for each position within the organization based on an annual wage and salary survey analysis to determine the prevailing pay rates of employers in the labor market area and industry of the company, along with an economic assessment of the company.

Health, Disability and Insurance Benefits:  C&T Enterprises offers a comprehensive medical, dental and vision package.

C&T has a short term disability plan and a long term disability plan at no cost to the employee.

We provide life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance to the employee at no cost.

Vacation/Sick Leave:  We offer an annual vacation leave that increases with length of service and a generous sick leave program, along with four personal days per year and eight fixed holidays.  We also provide paid leave for jury duty leave and bereavement leave.

Company Funded Pension Plan:  The Retirement Security Plan is designed to provide our employees with a dependable source of income at retirement.  It adds to Social Security and any other retirement income a person may have.

401 (k) Plan:  C&T offers opportunities for employees to build their long-term financial security through the 401(k) plan.

Professional Development:   We encourage educational development of our employees to further professional advancement.  C&T will often assist with job related educational expenses.

Wellness:  We want our employees to live a healthy lifestyle.  We offer a wellness reimbursement program which assists with health club membership dues and a variety of other wellness opportunities to assist our employees with maintaining and improving their health.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP):  An EAP is offered at no cost to our employees.  We recognize that at times all of us have troubles and concerns which may require outside help to resolve due to it affecting our health and/or work performance.  We recognize our limits of involvement in our employees’ personal lives; since we want to help and not intrude, we offer the EAP as a confidential source of support to our employees.

C&T reserves the right to change or discontinue these plans or programs at any time.

(Please note that the benefits outlined above are available to full-time employees of C&T Enterprises, Inc., only. Benefits will vary for union employees of Tri-County Rural Electric Cooperative and Wellsboro Electric Co.)
