This position requires a high school diploma or GED, five years of directly related experience in the pipeline excavation and maintenance fields, and supervisory experience.

The primary function of the Construction Manager is to organize and coordinate the Construction Department activities, including capital and operations maintenance functions, following the objectives and policies of the Company, the PUC, NY PSC, OPS, OSHA, and other related regulatory bodies and procedures.

The Construction Manager will perform and support all administrative and human resources functions for those reporting to the position; perform construction activities in the field; formulate department work schedules, methods, and procedures; develop department goals, long-range plans, annual department budget, and financial reports; schedule, coordinate, manage and inspect contractor’s work and pipeline projects; stay abreast of industry best practices; attend meetings, and engage in continuing industry education engagements.

Based in Sayre, Pa., Valley Energy is a natural gas distribution utility serving the Towanda, Valley, and Chemung areas. We offer an excellent wage and benefits program, including a pension and 401(k) plan.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. The incumbent should have a minimum of one year of experience directly related to natural gas operations or equivalent. The successful candidate must also become qualified in accordance with the company’s Operations Qualification Program.

The Damage Prevention Technician is responsible for all One-Call tickets and will conduct underground line locations, maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations and company policies for One-Call programs, including documentation and reporting; perform line locations in accordance with One-Call laws and company policies.

C&T Enterprises is accepting letters of interest for a part-time Call Center Operator. This position is located at our Call Center at the Tri-County Rural Electric Headquarters location in Mansfield..

Must be able to work second and third shifts, holidays and weekends. The successful candidate will possess good communication, interpersonal and keyboarding skills.  A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
